Megan Fox has been getting a lot of flack lately from her claim that she “decided to leave” Transformers 3, despite reports that she got cut. However, that’s not stopping her from celebrating the release of her film “Jonah Hex,” which hits theaters on June 18th.

At a recent press conference for the film, she shared a little about her personal life and how she keeps herself “sane” with all the media. She told Popeater, “Oddly you wouldn’t think it, but I’m very domestic. I sort of distance myself from the Hollywood crowd. I don’t go out and socialize that way.

She adds that despite her recent mix-up with “Transformers” director Michael Bay, she tells it like it is. She states, “People who make it to this level of fame for whatever reason — whether deserved or not — you have to be a strong person to survive it. Because it is very difficult to be under the microscope every moment of every day. Everything that leaves your mouth becomes this sensationalized news story. It becomes overwhelming.”
