Tending to a few errands while closing out the week, Megan Fox and husband Brian Austin Green were spotted out shopping in Los Angeles. The "Jonah Hex" hottie was dressed down in sweatpants, a hoodie sweatshirt, baseball cap and sandals as she headed to the car with her hubby after loading up on a few bagfuls of purchases from the local Rite Aid.
The outing comes as Brian's name just hit headlines upon a report from TMZ telling that the 38-year-old has filed a lawsuit against former "90210" co-star Vanessa Marcil-Giovanazzo. The legal filing claims that Miss Marcil-Giovanazzo - who happens to be the mother of his 9-year-old son Kassius - borrowed $200,000 but failed to pay him back. Green is now seeking repayment of the loans plus undisclosed damages.
