Producers of the commercial used computer trickery to 'clone' the actress and show dozens of versions of her inhabiting a sun-kissed paradise called Megan Fox Island. In the ad, two plane crash survivors are washed up on the shore and Fox initially flirts with the men before banishing them as they don't understand English. The pair are next seen arriving at a storm-lashed, fire-ravaged wasteland where former world heavyweight boxing champ Tyson greets them with a snarl and tells them they must live on Mike Tyson Island instead. The online commercial is for the CCAA language school in Brazil.

In just a year he has made the leap from being a familiar face to fans of Channel 4 comedy The IT Crowd to becoming one of Hollywood's hottest leading men, with a Bafta Rising Star nomination.

Most bafflingly of all for the 32-year-old Irishman — who only made his film breakthrough in the romantic comedy Bridesmaids last year — he is also a SEX SYMBOL. Not that Chris can take advantage of his new-found status, as he is engaged to TV presenter and journalist Dawn Porter.

He says: "I think it's really silly for people to think I'm a heart-throb. The character in Bridesmaids was very sweet, so women loved him. "I want to know where all these women were when I was 15 and couldn't get a kiss for love nor money. I chose the wrong year to get engaged."

Chris will cap his huge 12 months by marrying Dawn this summer. Luckily she is coping well with the attention her man receives from the opposite sex since hitting the big screen. He says: "Dawn jokes that she doesn't get it. But at the same time she thinks me being a heart-throb is a great craic. "In some way it vindicates her own decision, so that's pleasing."

It's a long way from The IT Crowd, which was written by Father Ted creator Graham Linehan and featured Chris as geeky computer technician Roy Trenneman. Richard Ayoade played his colleague, Moss.

Chris says: "I learned a lot from The IT Crowd. Graham and Richard are great people to learn from. They're clever b*******." For now, though, he is focusing on his own sitcom for Sky, Moon Boy. He says: "It's a semi-autobiographical show about a 12-year-old growing up in the west of Ireland with imaginary friends. "There is a lot of animation in it and Johnny Vegas plays an English wrestler."

Lindsay Lohan may find herself once again in a Linda Lovelace situation. Ace Show Biz reported the 25-year-old actress has been in early talks to play the late Elizabeth Taylor in an upcoming Lifetime biopic about the legendary actress’s romantic life titled Liz and Dick.

But now, it looks like the Mean Girls has got some competition from her Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen co-star Megan Fox. Liz and Dick’s executive producer, Larry Thompson, told E! News that while Lohan is being seriously considered and has already been contacted about the role, he has also “been in conversations with other actresses, including Megan Fox.”

Thompson didn’t spill any more details about the casting negotiations, but added that negotiations with several actresses at once isn’t an insult to the actresses’ level of talent. "It's a very serious selection," he said. "It's like casting for Hollywood royalty."

A source told E! News that Lohan’s probation status is “a complication” that needs to be factored into the casting decision-making. However, on Tuesday, Lohan received high praise for her being able to maintain her responsibilities and meet deadlines. She is on probation until the end of March. Decisions for the movie’s cast will be made fairly quickly, as filming is scheduled to begin in the spring.

Elizabeth Taylor was an Oscar-winning actress who landed seventh on the American Film Institute's list of the Greatest American Screen Legends. Lindsay Lohan and Megan Fox are two undecorated 25-year-old stars who haven't seen an Oscar short list between them, but according to E! Tending to a few errands while closing out the week, Megan Fox and husband Brian Austin Green were spotted out shopping in Los Angeles. The outing comes as Brian's name just hit headlines upon a report from TMZ telling that the 38-year-old has filed a lawsuit against former "90210" co-star Vanessa Marcil-Giovanazzo. The legal filing claims that Miss Marcil-Giovanazzo - who happens to be the mother of his 9-year-old son Kassius - borrowed $200,000 but failed to pay him back. Green is now seeking repayment of the loans plus undisclosed damages.

Offering a first look at the upcoming comedy, the trailer for the movie "Friends with Kids" has just hit the web via Yahoo movies. Co-starring Jon Hamm and Megan Fox, the motion picture happens to be directed by Jon's lovely wife Jennifer Westfeldt.

As for the storyline, the film is about "two best friends who decide to have a child together while keeping their relationship platonic, so they can avoid the toll kids can take on romantic relationships."Also starring Adam Scott, Maya Rudolph, Kristen Wiig, Chris O'Dowd and Edward Burns, "Friend with Kids" is set to be released in theaters on March 9, 2012.

Megan Fox and Josh Duhamel have been chosen to star in a funny trailer to promote this year's Oscars; they are looking for someone to host the Ceremony of the 84th Academy Awards, which will take place on the Kodak theatre on February 26.

"We wanted to try something a little bit different this year instead of a traditional, clip-based piece. The trailer has a fun twist that conveys how excited everyone is to have Billy back" said Christina Kounelias, Academy spokeswoman.

After the controversy caused by the sudden resignation of Eddie Murphy to present the 84th edition of the awards from The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the organization has already found a substitute: It has been announced that Billy Crystal will be the master of ceremonies, being the ninth time he does it.

The academy has decided to make a joke about this sudden change and they have made a very funny trailer to promote 2012 Oscars. Megan Fox and Josh Duhamel have to look for a man to save the night, who "does not want to be found". They talk with William Fitchner, by Vinnie Jones direct them to Mongolia and, after being carried on a boat by Robin Williams, they find Billy Cristal and offer him an Oscar. Of course, Billy accepts!

So it seems this year the Academy is trying to make things different, for sure to have more audience. But if they want to have more audience, maybe they have to think that the real problem has nothing to do with advertising. The problem is that the ceremony is too long, and people are only interested on the main awards.

An executive — played by "Prison Break" and recent "Entourage" guest star William Fichtner -- sends the pair off on a global adventure to find the "off the grid" legend. And after encounters with a bartender played by Vinnie Jones and a hairy swamp guy played by Robin Williams, they meet "the one they call 'The Host."'"You could have texted," "The Host" replies. Billy Crystal will make his ninth appearance as the Oscars host on Feb. 26.

With the pair's epic quest finally over, Crystal cuts down the pair by telling them: 'Could have just texted.'
